Brantwood Park field house, 39 Onslow Crescent

SLOE has received a grant from Fido-Evergreen for a community design process that will enable us to provide some solid input on the future Western Rideau pathway. Please join us on Sunday Nov 20 from 12:30 to 2:30  p.m for a community walk, to share your thoughts about what is important and special about this stretch of shoreline, and your ideas about the future path and associated amenities. Input from the walk will be used to develop some initial concepts that will be further discussed at a design "charette" in February or March. Bring along ideas and pictures from other shoreline paths you admire.  We'll meet at Brantwood Park field house (39 Onslow Crescent) and from there we will walk the trail, aerial photos in hand and willing note-takers at the ready. Refreshments will be served back at the fieldhouse after the walk.
